Terms and Conditions for Linen Hire:

Once you have received confirmation of your order, full payment is due:
Payments can be made by:

Internet banking (BACS) Must reach us 24hrs before day of arrival
Card over the phone (2.5% charge) Within 24hrs of arrival
Cheque (option only available if orders reach us at least two weeks prior to arrival date)

• Please don’t let your pets have access to linen hire, if pet marks are found you may incur a charge.

• Delivery of hire linen will be delivered on day of arrival to your property,
pick up will be the morning of your departure. 

• We charge for damaged items and lost items.

• Linen is priced and supplied on a weekly basis.

• At the end of your week(s) stay each item needs to be accounted for on the supplied form and put back into the bag it was supplied in ready for collection and left inside a porch or door of the property. This needs to be done by 9am.

• If you are staying multiple weeks clean linen will be delivered when the dirty is collected per week.

• Cancellations are non refundable if you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date.

• Refunds not available for items that have been ordered but unused.

• If you have any accidents, don’t panic, please contact us and don’t try and remove any stains without letting us know, other cleaning products can affect our cleaning process.
